How to extract pages from a PDF

    1. Choose a PDF.
    2. Type the pages to keep, or click them in the preview.
    3. Download the new PDF with only those pages.

    Good to know

Pages come out in the order you type them, so “5, 1-3” puts page 5 first. Use Organize PDF for full drag-and-drop control.

    Questions

    Is my file uploaded anywhere?

No. PDF1 runs the whole job inside your browser tab with JavaScript and WebAssembly. The page has no upload endpoint, and its security policy blocks connections to other servers, so the file stays on your device. You can even disconnect from the internet once the page has loaded.

Can I extract the same page twice?

Yes. Listing a page twice, as in “1, 1”, includes it twice.

What is the difference from Split PDF?

Extract makes one new file from the pages you pick. Split makes several files that together cover the document.
