How to convert JPG images to PDF

    1. Add one or more images.
    2. Order them and choose page size, orientation and margin.
    3. Download the PDF, with one image per page.

    Good to know

JPEG files are embedded as they are, with no recompression and no quality loss. PNG files are embedded losslessly. WebP images are converted to PNG first, because PDF has no WebP support.

“Fit to image” makes each page exactly the size of its picture. A4 and Letter centre the image on a standard page.

    Questions

    Is my file uploaded anywhere?

No. PDF1 runs the whole job inside your browser tab with JavaScript and WebAssembly. The page has no upload endpoint, and its security policy blocks connections to other servers, so the file stays on your device. You can even disconnect from the internet once the page has loaded.

Can I convert a HEIC photo from an iPhone?

Not directly yet. Export or share the photo as JPEG first (iPhones do this automatically when you email a photo), then add it here.

    Is the image quality reduced?

No. JPEG data is copied byte for byte into the PDF.

Can I add more images later?

Add all the images before you press Convert. To add pages to an existing PDF, convert the new images and use Merge PDF.
