How to convert PDF to JPG

    1. Choose a PDF.
    2. Pick JPG or PNG, a resolution, and all pages or a list.
    3. Download the image, or a ZIP when there are several.

    Good to know

150 dpi suits screens and slides, and 300 dpi suits printing. PNG keeps sharp text edges best but makes larger files. JPG is smaller and ideal for photos.

    Questions

    Is my file uploaded anywhere?

No. PDF1 runs the whole job inside your browser tab with JavaScript and WebAssembly. The page has no upload endpoint, and its security policy blocks connections to other servers, so the file stays on your device. You can even disconnect from the internet once the page has loaded.

Can I convert just one page?

Yes. Type its number in the pages box.

Why do some fonts look different?

If a PDF doesn’t embed its fonts, a close substitute is used for drawing. This is rare in modern PDFs.
